ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Operations

  • Ensuring a smooth everyday office routine and the procurement of office, consumables and working materials
  • Processing communication tasks
  • Telephone switchboard and coordination of incoming and outgoing mails
  • Creation and processing of correspondence, dispatch of information material
  • Administration of document storage and data maintenance
  • Coordination of appointments, guest reception and hospitality as well as preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Preparatory accounting for handover to accounting team
  • Presentation preparation

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a secretary or team assistant
  • Organisational talent, team player, willing to learn and reliable
  • Quick comprehension as well as independent and careful way of working
  • Very good knowledge of German and adequate knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Solid IT skills in common MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in preparatory accounting
